That's why we price differently for higher education - as a campus licence: one fixed price for your entire institution, with a licence allowance that covers your whole institution, instead of a tier where every additional head has to be negotiated again.

So the student union, student parliament, student councils and student initiatives can be included on request, without turning it into a second procurement process. The licence allowance is cut to fit exactly that: it covers whoever belongs to your institution.
