New: Protected Projects

From now on, project managers can secure their sensitive projects even better! With the new feature “Protected Projects”, only members of the defined project organization have access – even administrators cannot easily access the content. This ensures maximum security for projects with confidential information, such as personal data or research projects.

If administrators still need to intervene in the project – whether to restore rights or for technical support – a justification is required, which is automatically logged. The project manager can always track when and why access occurred.

Furthermore, protected projects do not appear in the portfolio and are not included in the portfolio evaluation to ensure complete discretion.

With this extension, we offer an even higher level of data protection and security – a great benefit for everyone working with sensitive data!

Reactions in Kanban Comments

Communication in Kanban is now even more interactive! From now on, you can use emoji reactions to respond directly to comments and give feedback instantly – without having to write a new reply. 👍❤️😂😲😢🎉🙏

Anyone with access to the Kanban card can set and remove as many reactions as they like. This keeps communication lively, uncomplicated, and efficient! 🚀

New Permission: Auditors and Management

With the new “Auditors & Management” permission, authorized users receive unrestricted read access to all projects and their subpages, without being able to make changes. This permission level allows transparent insight into all project details while ensuring that no data is accidentally changed or deleted. It is particularly helpful for audits, management reviews, or strategic decision-making processes where a comprehensive overview is required without restricting operational teams in their work. This innovation ensures maximum transparency and security in managing sensitive project data.

Integrated Ticket System in WORKSPACE.PM

With the latest version of WORKSPACE.PM, the ticket system is now fully integrated. Users can create tickets directly on the platform, view responses from the development team, and track the status of their requests.

A major advantage is the company-wide visibility of all tickets. While previously only one’s own requests were visible, now colleagues’ tickets can also be displayed. This facilitates collaboration, avoids duplicate requests, and maintains direct contact with the development team.
